We have been encouraging everyone we know to check you out. From buying our camper almost a year ago, to having a few issues during the camping season, to having the warranty work completed before putting it away for the winter, we have had nothing but smiles, and a huge willingness to help us. The front desk staff is fun to deal with and is very helpful with everything. Chaz and the financing guys in the offices are always smiling and ready to answer any questions. The guys in the back who have answered phone calls and who have helped us figure out all the bells and whistles on our camper are always ready to listen and lend a hand. We have had nothing but a great experience with everyone at Noteboom. When we walk in the door, we always feel welcomed and wanted. We had a fabulous experience shopping at Noteboom. We had followed your Facebook page for a peek at different campers so when we finally took a trip up to the lot, we already had a few in mind. Both salesmen were busy so a friendly parts guy showed us around until we could meet up with Gordon. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the campgrounds we normally visit. I appreciated the upfront pricing and respect for the price range we were looking in. He didn't try to push us towards something out of our price range. Gordon was able to explain the differences between the two we were between and help us make a great decision. The sales and financing were a breeze! Thank you! - Emily
I don't give anyone or anything 5 stars because I feel there is always room for improvement. For the most part the staff is helpful and friendly. Chad was great in walk thru. Joel, George, and Mary were all very helpful in the buying process from first day of looking to the day we picked up the camper. One thing you should know going there through from my experience, is they are a non-negotiating dealer, and they state this up front and with me they stuck to it. Now they do have pretty good prices up front on their new campers, I can't review anything on used because we bought new. At the time we bought ours we would have had to travel to Mich. or Missouri to get one cheaper and the amount saved 1000 in Miss, 4000 in Mich, would not been worth it. So, if you're a person that loves to or has to dicker with the numbers then you may feel a little helpless when you first talk. They won't negotiate on value of trade in either. We ended up selling our camper and buying the new one out right which if you can this is the way to do it anyway. If you have the patience and discipline. But as I said they have great prices to begin with. Now also we absolutely loved the floor plan of the Fuzion we bought, and it checked a lot of boxes on our check list that we wanted to step up to or improve from our last toy hauler. So, I guess we bought here because of the model of camper in stock. But I will definitely go back if and when we look again **** rating - Rod
We have nothing but great things to say about our entire experience here. I reached out about a camper and Dalton emailed me back immediately. We told him all of our must haves and our wants in a camper and he found us a few options that checked most of the boxes. He took the time to let us tour as many campers as we wanted and was super helpful with all of the questions we had. We never felt pressured or pushed into any decisions. I don't think I can express enough our happiness with Noteboom RV. This is our 4th RV, and I wish all of our purchase experiences had been as good as ours was with Noteboom. Because of their in-depth inspection and cleaning of our Paradigm when it arrived, we only found 1 flaw that was quickly fixed. Everyone we met, and I mean everyone, during the entire purchase process was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I needed to contact service after the purchase, when we were a few days away and I received a very quick and thorough response. Something I've never experienced before. Excellent service. This is the second camper I have bought there, and it won't be the last. I have to give a big shout out to Cory, Scotty, Dalton & Chaz. I showed up to pick camper up and one of the slides was giving them issues. It had worked earlier in the day. It was close to them closing they could have easily said, "Well we need to look at it tomorrow". Instead, they pulled all there resources together and were able to figure it out. My wife and I are full time RVers and we had gone to Noteboom RV with intensions of upgrading our fifth wheel toy hauler. We were greeted by salesman, Ty, who was friendly and polite, and showed us some toy haulers. Ty was very knowledgeable about the RV's and explained everything thoroughly and answered our questions. After deciding on our new purchase, Ty and the rest of the staff at Noteboom did a great job in getting us a great trade in value for our RV and getting through the financing part. Dalton was awesome!! He was very helpful showing us different options when we went in to possibly trade in our camper for something a little bigger. There was no pressure at all. He showed us multiple different floor plans so we can figure out what we like or don't. He also made it very easy to communicate after we left. My husband and I purchased our first travel trailer ever last week, and we are in our 70s! Our Salesman, Ty Mowery, was very professional, full of pertinent information about each different model he showed us, and he did not pressure us at all to buy that day, which made our experience at Noteboom RV the best ever! When we came to pick up our travel trailer it was spotless inside and out! Cody, our New Camper Tech, explained every single item, hose, door, and plug that we needed to learn about, both inside and out and their prep shop is immaculate! Cody never pushed us along to get done quicker, he just took his time and answered our many, many questions. When we were ready to finalize the paperwork, Connie, couldn't have been more professional and gave us many first-timer tips to make our trip run smoother. At Noteboom there is never any negotiating price. The price listed on each unit is already discounted and that is the price you will pay. Cindy, the media guru for Noteboom, even offered to take our photo in front of the new camper. The entire staff was always pleasant and full of answers to our questions and just easy to deal with. We were on vacation with our RV when the refrigerator door broke. We are from Ohio and was traveling to ND. We contacted two RV dealers in Iowa, and they never responded after our initial call.
